Qualifications Scotland

01.04.26

Our journey towards meaningful accreditiation

We’re continuing to strengthen our commitment to quality improvement and high standards across all of our training. As part of this, we are currently working towards becoming a Qualifications Scotland (formerly SQA) Approved Centre, a significant step in enhancing the recognition and credibility of our courses.

We’re excited to share that we plan to launch our first Qualifications Scotland approved courses in October 2026. This development will allow us to offer learners even greater value, with nationally recognised qualifications that reflect both quality and accessibility at the heart of what we do.

Helping you meet the Care Inspectorate requirements for 2026

We’re delighted to share that our Trauma Informed Practice training is now live and already receiving excellent feedback from participants. Designed to build understanding, confidence, and practical skills, the course supports learners to recognise and respond to trauma in a sensitive and informed way.

With a strong focus on accessibility and real-world application, it’s quickly becoming a valued addition to our training offer. We’re proud to see such a positive response as we continue to support inclusive, person-centred practice.

EFAW Updates

Bringing you in line with the most up to date guidance on life-saving support

12.12.25

We’re pleased to announce that our Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course has been fully updated in line with the latest 2025 guidance from the Resuscitation Council UK. These updates ensure our training reflects the most current best practice in life-saving interventions, including CPR and the use of defibrillators.

As always, our focus remains on delivering clear, practical, and accessible training that gives learners the confidence to act in an emergency. By aligning with the latest standards, we continue to ensure all participants receive high-quality, up-to-date first aid education.

Putting staff wellbeing front and centre

04.10.20

Since April we have been modifying courses to include necessary segments relevant to COVID-19 and what it means to us all working in the 'new normal'.

There were obvious amendments to make to our Infection Control, Mental Health and First Aid courses but we believe there is a desperate need to look at staff wellbeing in relation to the pandemic as well.

Join our mailing list to be one of the first to hear about our Staff Resilience course which will give your staff the tools they need to better cope with anxiety, boundaries, negative thinking patterns and more.
