2022 Dates: 19 May, 18.30-20.00 24 June, 18.30-20.00 21 July, 18.30-20.00 We spend approximately 25 years of our life asleep, yet very few people could explain why we sleep, how we sleep, and what we need to do in order to enjoy a good night's sleep. This course will help staff answer all these questions and more - covering an introduction into sleep disorders, good sleep hygiene practices and the intricacies of the sleep-wake cycle. This course takes place online, through Zoom. You will be emailed joining details once your booking purchase is complete. To make a booking, simply drop us an email. Price is per person and a certificate of attendance will be issued after the course.
