- 29.99 British pounds£29.99
We've heard it all before: eat your greens, drink more water, try yoga, get 8 hours sleep, don't skip breakfast, an apple a day...and so it continues. We are constantly bombarded with advice about what we should be doing to stay healthy but how on Earth do you sort the necessary from the nonsense? Our new course will do just that. Join our expert speaker, exploring the basic pillars of good physical and mental wellbeing: food, sleep and exercise. The course will outline how the complex dynamic between these three factors directly influences mood and behaviour, which is particularly relevant right now, while everyone struggles with the impact of the pandemic on their lifestyles. How does what we eat promote or diminish anxiety? How does being outside affect our sleep cycle? Is sitting really the new smoking? Dates: Friday June 17th, 2022, 6.30-8pm Tuesday July 19th, 2022, 6.30-8pm This course takes place online, through Zoom. You will be emailed joining details once your booking purchase is complete.
